Focus Workshops: Half day work-shops give us an opportunity to explore an aspect of yoga in more depth, often with a guest tutor, ending with nourishing food and chat. Some topics so far:

Retreats: A weekend getaway that’s not too far away! What a treat to spend Friday – Sunday away from a busy schedule in lovely surroundings, with great company.

I have shared the hosting of these with Rose Long, a Kundalini yoga teacher and participants enjoy the blend of styles we bring: lots of yoga, plenty of laughs, quiet reflection. Beautiful surroundings and nourishing food are vital elements.
